each additional guest is $100

HIGH SEASON

June 1st - July 31st = $250/night for single occupancy,

each additional guest is $100, maximum 5 guests per unit.

PEAK SEASON

August 1st - October 15th = $450/night for single occupancy,

each additional guest is $100, maximum 5 guests per unit.
